Refunds

We do not offer refunds if you don't like your results. Our methods work if you put in the work.

Personal training packages must be serviced in Redmond, Washington, or the Seattle Metro Area with prior arrangements. We can also train VIRTUALLY if you prefer.

If you live outside of the Seattle area, I suggest either virtual personal training or coaching.

If you purchase training or coaching, you should be 100% ABSOLUTELY SUPER-DUPER READY to get to work.

Personal training is non-refundable.
Clear expectations are set on the Personal Training page. You cannot get a refund because you don't like my training methods. You cannot get a refund because you failed to make progress by staying consistent with a routine.

Coaching is non-refundable. 
Clear expectations are set on the Coaching page. You cannot get a refund because you don't like weighing your food or using a food tracker. You cannot get a refund because you failed to stay consistent with your diet and training.

No refunds will be given for any package bought in error.

We will work with you to offer refunds in extenuating circumstances that prevent you from working with us, but these are considered on a case by case basis.

When you work with us, you're making a COMMITMENT to yourself and to us. We don't take that lightly.


Gear

Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any refund requests.

Our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means returns & exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product.

If there is a problem with your order or the products you received, please contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Our manufacturer offers a replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error.

If a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Please ensure all information is correct when placing your orders.
