Elite Personal Training & Coaching

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results. Our methods work—but only if YOU put in the work.

When you sign up for Elite Personal Training or Elite Coaching, you are making a serious commitment to your goals and to us. We do not take that lightly.

  • Elite Personal Training and Elite Coaching are non-refundable.
  • Training sessions must be serviced in a pre-arranged location or virtually. No refunds will be issued for location-based misunderstandings.
  • Training sessions and coaching programs are fully customized within reason to fit your needs. However, no refunds will be issued due to personal preferences regarding training methods, dietary tracking, or the discipline required for results.
  • Clear expectations are outlined on the respective service pages. Please read them carefully before making a commitment.
  • If you purchase Elite Personal Training or Elite Coaching, be fully prepared to COMMIT TO THE PROCESS & GET TO WORK.

We will consider refunds only in extenuating circumstances that make it impossible for you to continue working with us. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Signature Training Programs, Digital Products & Downloads

All purchases of our Signature Training Programs, digital products, and other downloads are final and non-refundable.

  • Due to the instant access and nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
  • Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your download, contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Spartan Performance Gear

Spartan Performance Gear refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any refund requests.

  • Our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means returns & exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply do not like the product.
  • If there is a problem with your order or the products you received, please contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Our manufacturer offers a replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error.
  • If a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. Please ensure all information is correct when placing your orders.
