This allows both of us to see exactly what you're eating and makes it easier for me to provide feedback. The app also lets us track your weight, body fat percentage, progress photos, and a whole lot more.
We have two options for weekly status updates:
1) We can manage everything directly through the app and email.
2) We can schedule a weekly video call for me to visually assess your progress and provide feedback, which will take ten minutes or less.
As you progress, I'll set new numbers and calorie goals during these weekly status updates, and let you know what needs to change for the week ahead.

I can't do the work for you. That's the beauty of building the body you desire. It only comes from your ownhard work and dedication.
I will give you the numbers to hit, and I expect you to hit them. I will tell you how much cardio to be doing, and you better do it. That's how I get you results.

You are 100% responsible for your own workouts.This will require you to have access to a gym. I have a few programs you can choose from if you don't have a current routine, but I am not actively managing your workouts.

I highly recommend getting a scale that also measures your body fat percentage. These types of scales are not always the most accurate, but I like to use them in combination with visual assessments to roughly gauge my body fat at any given time, and then note the trend from week to week.
It doesn't have to be complicated, but it does have to be tracked.
Tracking is how we know where we are and what we need to do to get where you want to go.
This isn't a guessing game. This is how we get results.
