One of the Simplest Habits To Make You Healthier in 2022

Drink more water!

This always seems like a no-brainer for me, and I'm constantly amazed by people who never drink enough water.

Most of the liquids you consume each day should be water!

Not coffee, not tea, and definitely not sodas.

It's cool to have a few caffeinated drinks, but try to stick to the 80/20 rule. Eighty percent being straight-up water.

One of the best ways to jumpstart your brain and body in the morning is to drink a full glass of water IMMEDIATELY after waking up.

Drinking water first thing in the morning will help replenish everything your body lost during the night.

You'll wake up faster, be more alert, and kickstart your metabolism.

And it's super simple to do.

When you first wake up in the morning, drink a 16oz glass of water in one go. Then, make sure you keep a glass of water with you wherever you work. I always have water available on my desk while I'm working.

It's not a challenging habit, it simply takes a decision.

You don't have to go anywhere.

You really don't even have to do anything.

Just pour a glass of water as soon as you wake up, and finish it immediately.

Do this every single day and you'll soon notice the benefits...

Increased clarity, more energy, clearer skin & hair, better sleep, quicker fat loss, and faster recovery.

And all you have to do is drink a little water.

If you want to be healthier in 2022, start with the basics.

And almost nothing gets more basic than H2O...
