Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

It's hard to believe it's already 2022.

The past two years have flown by and the future shows no signs of slowing down.

If you want to be successful in 2022, you have to put in the work on things that matter.

I hope you created your yearly plan this last week or you're already behind the curve. And I REALLY HOPE you're training today...

The first of the year is not a day off.

It's a day to put in work.

I have a challenging leg workout on the books today. That's how I like to start off my year, regardless of what my regular workout routine looks like.

January 1st is a leg day...

Even if the day before was a leg day, today is a leg day...

Because legs are the most challenging to train, and this sets the tone and pace for the new year.

I'm not "starting off easy."

I'm hitting the ground running and hitting it hard.

2021 was a great year for my training.

I recovered from some minor injuries and corrected a few muscle imbalances after a small motorcycle accident in 2020.

I returned to my typical bodybuilding-style training and nailed down my proficiency again in all the key lifts included in my programming.

I improved all of my lifting benchmarks throughout the year and decreased my mile time by almost 2.5 minutes.

And I gained 15 pounds of quality mass.

You can do the same, if you follow a plan.

That's all it takes. A plan, and action.

Let me know if you need any help.

Happy New Year!
